This year is the first year Adam really seems to understand the concept of all that is Christmas...from going to get and then putting up the Christmas Tree and lights, as well as all the decorations, to going to church to celebrate Jesus' birth, to WAITING to open gifts, to Santa Claus coming and just the overall excitement! It certainly brought back the fun in Christmas...and brought Kev & I back to our own childhoods memories.
And of course, it was our sweet Ava Jean's 1st Christmas...so special!
Time to open the presents! I didn't put out gifts until the day before, as I knew it would be just too much for Adam to resist (as well as knowing my patience with him asking all the time "when?")...but I must say, he did really well for the day and a half they were out that he had to wait...(I should have given him more credit!) He even let Ava go first!
