Ava rediscovered this crown a few days ago...since then, it has become a part of her daily outfit...she even wore it in Target today! She is also loving her new tutu she got for her birthday...thanks Nana!

Oh, the crown is also part of her nightwear! (Along with her mask tonight too!)...I couldn't stop laughing!

Meeting Baby Tate...

We were very excited to meet Baby Tate today! Adam & Ava were VERY excited to hold their new cousin! Ava wanted to hold him first...

Oh, the excitment!

Ava was ready to move on to playing with Ashie, as she likes to call her these days, and Adam was ready for his turn. Adam LOVED holding Tate & didn't want to give him up...too sweet! I finally needed a turn, but then Adam wanted to hold him again!

Rock Concert!

Tonight Adam & Ava performed their first Rock Concert! (Hopefully many more to come!) It was quite the show! Our favorite were the lyrics to their song...vocals courtesy of Adam..."We love you so muuuuuuch....All day loooooooong! Oh yeah! We love to play with you!"...a repeating chorus, of course! Ava Jean was also quite stellar on the her Barbie guitar!

We were very entertained to say the least! It brought back memories of Daniel & I performing "Yankee Doodle" with our background singers of our stuffed animals lined up and throwing macaroni noodles into "the audience"...I'm sure my parents loved that!...Oh, but we used tennis rackets as guitars...none of this fancy stuff!

Thank You!

This week was Teacher Appreciation Week...One of the days, the kids were to draw a picture of their two teachers...lucky Mrs. Stephens & Mrs. Fouquette! Here is Adam's interpretation of them! (His biggest focus was the fingers & toes...he had to go back and give Mrs. Stephens the fifth finger on each hand, hence the blue vs. pink!) Aren't they beautiful ladies?!...Beautiful & well rounded!

Ava, of course, had to draw pictures as well & of course I had to take a picture of them too!

The last day of the week, the kids each wrote a note thanking their teachers for being the WONDERFUL women they are!

We truly are blessed to have these two FABULOUS women in Adam's life!
