Our 9th Annual Christmas Tea...

It's amazing how much our lives have changed in the past 9 years...especially since I have known most of these girls for over 20 years...wow! Good friends are good times!

Off to Santa Barbara...

Today we headed north to Santa Barbara (Kid-less!!...Thanks Tini & Uncle Bill!) to see Cec, Tom and to meet sweet Mason...I was so excited to have a break from our kids, I forgot to take a picture of Mason...oops!

Fire! Fire!

Off to visit Uncle Dan at the Fire Station...the kids LOVED every minute and were very impressed! They had SO much fun...and so did all the grown-ups...how often do you get to ride in a fire truck down the main drag...very fun! Thanks Fireman Dan! (And Martin too!)Yes, that's Tini in the front seat & Auntie in the back!...Watch out!Uncle Dan climbed the ladder raised 100 feet in the air...he even threw out a "no hands" at the very top...Poppy & Gramma didn't fully enjoy that moment!

Adam discovered a shoe on the roof...oh, the excitement!

Christmas just keeps on giving! Today we arrived in California for the week...Yeah!

Christmas morning sure is fun with a 3 and a 1 year old...so much excitement!

Adam has been asking for "Mack" (the semi-truck that carries Lightning McQueen from "Cars") since about September...Santa came through!
Ava is still not sure about all the hoopla!...Adam was excited for her!

The family photo...oh, how trying to get a 3 and 1 year old to sit & smile (well, smile a sweet smile) at the same time seems to be impossible...but this is a good representation of our life these days!

Adam just adores Ryder...he refers to Chase & Ryder as "His Boys"!

Yes, after a long day, we let Adam open one gift at 11:30 p.m...it was a bribe to keep him quite during church...it worked!

Adam's 1st Visit from the Tooth Fairy...

Adam lost his 1st tooth (via the dentist removing it...after his little accident!)...so the tooth fairy came to visit and brought him a sucker (like "Shark" got on "Word World"...oh, the expectations...ha!) and fifty cents...wow! Adam sure liked that!

Adam's Preschool Christmas Show!

Today was Adam's "Birthday Party for Jesus" Christmas Show...he is already to go! Jingle Bells...what a hoot! The music began and not one kid sang...all the parents couldn't stop laughing...the kids just stared at us...until...the chorus came and they sure knew what to do then...shake their wrists and jingle those bells!

They also sang "Happy Birthday Jesus" (not the typical "Happy Birthday" song)...most of them sang this song along with "signing" it too...Kev & I were quite impressed with Adam...good job bud!

Ava watching Adam...she attempted to join them a couple times, as Ava thinks this is her Preschool class too!

Our Dancing Machine...

To say the least, Ava LOVES to dance! She especially loves to dance with "The Wiggles"...which I have noticed is the inspiration behind several of her dance moves!

Santa Train...

Today we took a ride on the Santa Train from North Bend to Snoqualmie...what a fun day! To make it even better...it snowed!

I don't think Ava could clutch Kevin any tighter!
